Double Chocolate Chip Cookies

1 tbsp Flaxseed
70 grams Dates
4 tbsp Maple syrup
200 ml Dairy free milk
60 grams Melted dairy free butter
60 grams Oat flour
1 tbsp Cocoa powder
100 grams Ground almonds
40 grams Rolled oats (gluten free)
60 grams Dark chocolate (vegan), chopped

Double Chocolate Chip Cookies Directions

Pre-heat the oven to 200°C/Gas Mark 6 and grease or line a baking tray.

Place the flaxseed, dates, maple syrup, melted butter and milk into a blender of any kind. Whizz until you have a lovely smooth mix. Set aside.

Place the rest of the ingredients into a bowl and stir to combine.

Pour the wet mix into the dry mix and stir.

Spoon 10 drops of mix onto the baking tray, leaving space between and sprinkle over all of the chocolate chips. Place in the oven.

Bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked.
